the brilliance
from above
narrowing
his vision
to an almost
dark existence
he started to notice
that if he saw
too much
he felt too much
and when
he felt too much
he was
too much
so he would
hide from the sun
and it's life-giving
properties
and hide in
his own
mockery
further and
further away from
her humanity
and what was
once his bliss
(dark)
with "gone", two sides of the same coin, with the date worn away
ReplyDeleteyes..... this goes with a coping device i have. if i just. keep. still. then the emotions won't take over, and i will be all right. it works....sometimes :)
