Good juxtaposition with "release": similar theme from different viewpoints. The final words 'go' and 'gone' work well. Somehow I find this one special; the words are light, but the meaning is dark. Excellent
ReplyDeleteyou're wise to see the darkness. i'm going to let the reader own the poem (others have said "don't we all just want to have one day to rest one day for ourselves?") but i was stormy that day.
